"Gone to the dentist lately?
Those silver fillings are doing more than plugging a cavity, because...
Have you ever had a cavity from tooth decay?
Did you get a dental filling (silver-to-black fillings) put in your tooth?
Although many people have visited a dentist to alleviate a toothache, unfortunately, many people still blindly trust their dentists. It's important you understand how dental practices can profoundly influence your health for the worse, as you'll learn ahead.
The most common material used in dental fillings is called a "silver" or "silver-amalgam" filling. This substance is actually an amalgam or mixture of several elements... of which is composed of only about 35% silver.
Combined with silver are a few more inert metals used in the amalgam mixture, such as, tin, copper and zinc. But I hope you're sitting down, because...
...The majority of the amalgam filling material, consisting of between 50% to 55%, is the poisonous element mercury!
If you're thinking, "isn't mercury the poisonous silver-colored substance that's found in some thermometers"?
Yes, you're correct. The same toxic substance found in thermometers is the same poison in amalgam fillings that your dentist puts in your teeth!
That's absolutely frightening, and it should be, because...
Silver Amalgam fillings are the Third Most TOXIC Substance known to science... only arsenic and lead are more toxic!
Since mercury is the greatest component of amalgam fillings, they should more accurately be called mercury fillings rather than silver. The full name is silver-mercury amalgam fillings, meaning a mixture of silver and mercury. Dentists often call them silver fillings which sounds nicer and less toxic.
The Health Affects of Mercury Amalgam Fillings
Here is a very small list of some of the health issues that exist from mercury toxicity from amalgam fillings:
If that's not a big enough eye-opener about the effects of amalgam fillings on your health... then watch this short, but revealing, documentary from a 1990 CBS '60 Minutes' news episode.
It shows just some of the enormous dangers of dental amalgam and it's constant mercury leakage into the body, causing deadly poisoning with an endless list of immunological and neurological diseases.
Shocking, isn't it? Absolutely.
As you can clearly see, exposure to mercury vapor from amalgam fillings can produce very serious effects on the body.
Although the effects of mercury exposure in the human body vary considerably depending on the level of exposure... it's bad stuff for everyone, nevertheless.
So, What Can Be Done About Mercury Poisoning?
If mercury exposure happens through dentistry, then you may want to seriously consider removing this poison from your body... even if you're not experiencing any of these health problems... YET.
When mercury enters the body, it is stored in the kidneys, blood, spleen, brain, liver, bones and fatty tissues. With that said, unfortunately, the natural process to totally eliminate mercury toxicity takes the body on average up to 20 years!
However, there's a much faster way to eliminate it from the body tissues. (I'll tell you about it in a moment).
Understand that there are two separate steps to consider:
These steps for removal of mercury should not be taken lightly, as there are some risks involved. So here we go...
How to Remove Mercury Amalgam Fillings From Teeth
Remember, mercury is the 3rd most toxic substance known. So there is the possibility that you and also your dentist will be exposed to the mercury and its vapor during the filling(s) removal.
To avoid contamination, make sure that your dentist is aware and is taking basic precautions.
But wait a minute...
If a dentist is the person that put the mercury amalgam filling in your teeth, why would he/she make a confession of guilt and remove it?
Although most dentists will remove the fillings, they will not admit that amalgam fillings are poisonous. Some dentists even think mercury is safe -- based solely upon what they were taught in dental school.
Understand dentists have no training in toxicology, and who themselves blindly trust what they are taught in school.
So don't expect Dentists and the American Dental Association (ADA) to admit they have been putting toxic elements in patients mouths for years.
Also keep in mind, most state dental boards forbid dentists to tell their patients about the toxicity of mercury in their amalgam fillings.
Dentists can lose their license by admission from the American Dental Association (ADA), here in the United States. Yes, really.
So how do you find a dentist, and what are some of the basic precautions that should be used to remove toxic fillings?
Here's what to do:
Search for dentists that advertise "holistic", "alternative", "natural", "amalgam free" and "composite or resin fillings".
The non-toxic dental materials that is used as a replacement or alternative to mercury amalgam is called composite or resin fillings.
But whomever you find, just ask the potential dentist if they use amalgam fillings in their clinic. If they say "no", and are aware of the protocol for removing amalgams... then you just found your new dentist.
Here's some of the precautions to expect:
Some dentists may perform the treatment in a well-ventilated room, or use a protective nose piece that draws fresh air from another room or from an oxygen tank; use high-volume suction; and provide safety glasses to avoid contaminating you.
Also make certain that your doctor uses a rubber dam around the tooth in question. The dam will prevent you from swallowing particles of the drilled amalgam and also limits the absorption of mercury vapor into the surrounding tissues.
Now then, after the amalgam fillings are removed and the cavites are replaced with the alternative materials, you'll want to get it out of your body tissues.
Note: You must remove the amalgam filling BEFORE removing the mercury from your body tissues. The treatment will leach more mercury out of the amalgam fillings and cause more bodily toxicity. So do the two steps in order.
Although some people can experience immediate positive recovery of their health issues after removal of the amalgam fillings, the mercury still remains in your body tissues causing damage.
So, if the health problems associated from mercury poisoning remain or you want to be totally free from this toxic substance then you may want to learn...
How to Remove Mercury From Your Body Tissues
Here's what to do:
Since, before and after the filling replacement, some mercury exposure is inevitable you may want to build up your natural detoxification pathways.
So prior to the procedure, be sure to eat sulfur-rich foods such as eggs and take prescribed dietary supplements that contain glutathione and selenium. The removal process will have to be performed by a doctor over a short period of time, through a simple process called Chelation therapy.
Chelation helps to bind all mercury in the body tissues, where it is less accessible, and allows it to be excreted. This is the fastest method to get rid of mercury in the body... unless you want to wait 20 years for your body to do it naturally.
If not, then you'll want to find a physician that is familiar with mercury chelation.
As mentioned above for locating a dentist, it's the same process finding a medical doctor that offers chelation therapy.
Just look for doctors advertising "alternative", and "holistic". Most of these physicians understand mercury detoxification and can help you.
To facilitate the removal of toxic metals, including mercury, from the body the two most common chelating agents are:
DMPS -- Removes metals from the blood and tissues, more specific for mercury.
DMSA -- Takes metals out of the brain and central nervous system.
Another chelating agent that is worth mentioning is called EDTA. Many doctors use it for mercury detox, as well, but it pulls out more minerals than it does metals. It's another chelating alternative used for mercury detox, albeit not quite as good as the agents above.
There you have it!
These are the typical treatments for metal poisoning from silver-mercury amalgam fillings.
This critical information revealed how your dentist destroys your health with toxic fillings... but more importantly you learned how to detox and get healthy again.
